What happens if I need to reschedule after I book my session? 

In the event a situation arises where you must cancel or reschedule your standing appointment, please contact Derm Planet at 310.487.3810 as soon as possible so that we may do our best to assist you in rescheduling your session.  Please note, all virtual appointment bookings and face yoga coaching sessions are deemed to be a final sale service. 

What happens if I forget or miss the appointment?

Per standard spa operations policies any cancellations with less than 24 hours advance notice or no call/no shows for Virtual Skincare Appointments & Face Yoga Coaching Sessions result in a forfeit of payment for the session.  Thank you for understanding.
