Directions For Use: Use this moisturizer as the final step in your AM and PM skincare regimen.  Cleanse your skin with lukewarm water using the Murad Colloidal Oatmeal Cleanser and follow with a mist of the Murad Hydrating Toner, allow to dry for 60 seconds.  Apply a nickel size amount of the Murad Daily Defense Colloidal Oatmeal Cream to the face, neck, and chest areas.  Reapply throughout the day with clean hands, if needed.  Be sure to follow with sunscreen in the morning!
